We are seeking a Journeyman Level Electrician (J) or Limited Residential (LR) Electrician to join our growing organization in the general Portland area. The ideal candidate will have experience with Residential Electrical home services, including, but not required to have, Generac & Kohler Generator installation. The ability to work independently or as part of a larger team will be critical to your success. A successful individual will possess the skills necessary to identify, diagnose, isolate, test, and manage the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of varying types of electrical equipment, including but not limited to generators, electrical panels, solar, and batteries.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00/hr

Required Qualifications

• Relevant residential electrical experience
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Intermediate computer, phone, and paperwork skills
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position

Desired Qualifications

• Electrical experience, preferably in a home-service-based business (preferred)
• Generator Installation, maintenance, and service experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service-focused drive
• Troubleshoots malfunctions on various types of equipment, generators, and complex electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Conducts all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Washington 01 or 02 Electrician Card is a Plus!

Primary Job Duties

• Manage, mentor, develop, and oversee Electrical Apprentices
• Ensure schedules are met for projects and adjust priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
• Interact with the customer to ensure expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion
• Support business development, sales activities, and client relationships
• Occasional travel may be required
• May perform additional duties of similar complexity within the organization as required
