Compensation
Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour, with competitive rates based on experience and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of hospital electrical systems and devices.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and effective environment.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, staff, and leadership.
• Respond quickly and accurately to emergencies in compliance with safety protocols.
• Promote and embody the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience as a journeyman electrician in institutional buildings or facilities.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Certification as a Licensed Electrician preferred.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Regularly lifts, moves, or positions items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and turning for extended periods.
• Exposure to potential hazards, including electrical equipment, chemicals, and cramped spaces.
• Subject to irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
