JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Electrical Apprentice (Helper). This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of electrical work in a residential construction environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, hardworking, and dedicated to contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new residential construction projects.
- Perform tasks such as running wires, installing outlets, switches, and fixtures, and assisting with electrical rough-ins and trim-outs.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up debris and disposing of materials properly.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
- Take direction from journeyman electricians and actively participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
- Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced electricians.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
