Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details
Summary
Assist Electrical Project Manager in directing and managing multiple concurrent field wiring projects including personnel and/or electrical subcontractors, ensuring their success in meeting their respective objectives (i.e. quality, schedule, budget, spec compliance, and technology).
You should have / know some of the following:
Direct and manage field wiring activities and personnel from concept design, installation, and testing to formal completion and support.
Maintain supervision of electrical personnel and/or subcontractors, counseling on approach, setting expectations, maintain schedules, and ensure objectives are being met or exceeded.
Develop and implement improved methods and procedures to enhance the department's products and services, and improve the time taken to engineer specific elements (KPIs).
Ensure quality on-time deliverables to consultants, customers, and end users.
Keep advised and provide counsel to management on industry standards, trends, and new technology that can be incorporated into company products and services.
Provide engineering and site installation feedback at key stages in the project.
Liaise and assist Electrical Project Manager, QA, and Hardware Design with issues and concerns found in design and installation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Completion of OSHA 30 hour certification required.
Responsibility and Authority
Be aware of resources, panel shop processes, engineering design, quality, compliance with local and federal laws, and all electrical codes for relevant jurisdictions.
Responsible for field wiring management decisions within spec and code compliance and in association with the Electrical Project Manager.
Qualifications
High level understanding of how control panels function.
Ability to prepare construction schedules
Safety True Believer.
Exposure to Accubid a plus.
Ability to be mobile to various locations and available to travel to project areas as project needs are required, including travel for extended periods of time (70% travel).
Electrician license preferred
