Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Service Manager position include:

• High school diploma or GED; Journeyman License in Delaware or completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• 3–5 years of electrical project management experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects up to $200,000, with strong knowledge of construction technology, methods, and standards.
• Advanced understanding of National Fire Protection Association codes and OSHA safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Enforce workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead and develop team members through performance management and feedback.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
