Senior Project Manager
The primary responsibility of this position includes the leadership of a portfolio of assigned projects or customers, which includes new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations.
Senior Project Manager Duties:
- Under the direct supervision of Divisional Operations Manager:
- Provide training and project management support for Jr. PM’s and PM Assistants to aide in their professional development
- Manage higher profile projects and maintain relationships with clients
- Budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource and workforce allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
- Provide appropriate support, guidance, and input into the development and updating of project schedules, job cost, and other management reports
- Review and support 3D BIM modeling process to support prefabrication and best-in-class installation practices
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent electrical trade and/or supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years of PM or equivalent experience
- Experience in Data Center, Wastewater, Healthcare
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
