Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for large-scale projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations, Life Safety systems, special systems, medium voltage systems, equipment, and materials to verify adherence to project specifications and quality standards as well as contractual obligations
Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to establish quality objectives, performance metrics, and inspection criteria
Maintaining daily QC and as-built documentation
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Investigate non-conformities, deficiencies, and customer complaints, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans
Review all project Submittals and RFIs for compliance with QC requirements
op and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to electrical systems and quality management
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Investigating and analyzing quality-related issues and providing recommendations for corrective and preventative actions
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation techniques
Full working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and inspection techniques
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality management systems and pro
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Quality Management, or related field or an equivalent combination or education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control roles within the electrical contracting.

$100-$120 base Salary
