Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Purcellville, VA

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

1. Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Manage project teams to ensure quality control and project delivery on time and within budget.
3. Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project.
4. Review and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Carry out high and low-voltage testing and ensure electrical safety standards are met.
6. Develop project budgets and perform cost estimation and procurement activities.
7. Utilize AutoCAD for electrical design and layout.
8. Manage commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
9. Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
10. Conduct strategic planning and risk management activities.
11. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
3. PMP certification is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
5. In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, blueprint reading, and construction safety.
6. Experience with high and low voltage testing.
7. Proven track record in managing commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects.
8. Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
12. Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
