- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Manage project teams to ensure quality control and project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Carry out high and low-voltage testing and ensure electrical safety standards are met.
- Develop project budgets and perform cost estimation and procurement activities.
- Utilize AutoCAD for electrical design and layout.
- Manage commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Conduct strategic planning and risk management activities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, blueprint reading, and construction safety.
- Experience with high and low voltage testing.
- Proven track record in managing commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
