Your Impact
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to define and clarify project scopes for electrification projects from initiation.
- Work closely with Professional Engineers to ensure the comprehensive development of project scopes and electrical engineering designs.
- Engage in various design phases, including preliminary visits, conceptual plans, zoning/planning coordination, permit documentation, and construction-level design plans.
- Gain exposure to Design/Build and Construction Management activities to contribute to project success.
- Contribute to project reporting by collaborating with Senior Staff and Professional Engineers, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Play a key role in project management during conceptual, planning, and detailed design phases for electrification projects
- Involve in project management activities, focusing on timely project delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Participate in budgeting processes and contribute to resource allocation efficiency.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, working with the team to accurately reflect project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout project phases.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering is a mandatory requirement. Specialization in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience with electrification projects is highly desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $69,600 - $157,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
