Job Details
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with client requirements and company objectives. Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Delegate tasks, provide direction, and support team members to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from project requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Proactively address issues as they arise and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale electrical projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
