Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Automation Engineer) position include:

Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Technology.
5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical automation, control systems, and PLC/HMI programming.
Manage the electrical maintenance team and ensure effective, safe operations.
Program PLCs, configure VFDs, and implement SCADA systems.
Lead electrical system design and control panel wiring for manufacturing operations.
Ensure voltage regulation, power stability, and operational reliability.
Conduct maintenance reviews and train end users on process control systems.
Supervise plant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
