Electrical Manufacturing Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established electrical manufacturing company in the Knightdale area who is looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 1^st shift with overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Technician will install and repair electrical fixtures, power supply wiring, and other electrical apparatuses according to blueprints and schematics
• Technician will work on process improvement/cost reduction efforts, identify and solve process issues with team collaboration, data analysis, and troubleshooting functions
• Technician support process validation ventures
• Technician will develop and modify SOPs

Requirements:

• Candidates must have prior relevant electrical integration experience in a manufacturing environment
• Candidates must have previous experience working on process improvement and cost reduction efforts including Lean, 5S, and DMAIC
• Candidates must have previous background developing and modifying SOPs
• Candidates must have previous experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings 
• Candidates must have the ability to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
