Responsibilities:Salary starts @ $42.44/hour
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Repair and maintain electrical equipment such as motors, generators commutators, circuit breakers, controls and relays, switches.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist electrical mechanics of higher classification in the performance of their duties.
- Make routine inspections of electrical equipment during outages and report conditions found.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (TECH)
- Ability to work different shifts
- Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access
- AND ONE of the following: Associates degree in a technical field OR
- Two years minimum related Electrical military experience OR
- Two years minimum experience as a journeyperson Electrician OR
- Two years minimum of equivalent journeyperson Electrician experience in industrial employment
