Position Description:
Supervise the Plant's electrical maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, safety, and availability of the plant's utilities and processing equipment and systems. Must have a strong background in industrial electrical power and controls systems and demonstrate ability to lead, train and develop the team troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the site's electrical systems. Work together with the maintenance leadership team in scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing resources in a manner that maximizes productivity while always maintaining high standards of workmanship.
--- Leverage the use of the Plant's CMMS tool (Dynaway) to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections and repairs.
--- Conduct regular inspections and audits of preventive maintenance conditions and work activities.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical hand tools, test instruments, and PLC software (such as Studio 5000) to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
--- Help prepare, organize, and coordinate capital project work with internal resources and external electrical contractors.
Requirements:
--- 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
--- Prior supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
--- Strong knowledge of PLC systems that includes the ability to troubleshoot associated power and controls.
--- Proficient in understanding and interpreting electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC code.
