Job Summary
Piquette & Howard Electric Service, LLC, a leader in the electrical service industry, is seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience, a strong technical skillset, a commitment to quality, and a customer-focused attitude. As a Journeyman, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems for a variety of projects.
- Diagnose Electrical Problems: Review diagrams, manuals, and specifications to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Perform Repairs: Replace faulty parts and components to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain Systems: Conduct preventive maintenance and system tests to ensure continued functionality.
- Organize Work: Study work orders, gather tools and supplies, and plan tasks efficiently.
- Ensure Safety: Follow safety standards, procedures, and comply with codes to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Supply Management: Keep tools and materials well-stocked by placing timely orders.
- Stay Informed: Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying current with technical publications.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Electrician in commercial, or industrial settings.
- Licenses: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (or both).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
