Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead Journeymen Electricians and Apprentices on commercial/industrial electrical construction projects
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of electrical equipment installations
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements
Provide Progress Reports with Three-Week Look-Ahead Schedule to the Project Manager and field staff.
Meet with or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as required.
Test electrical equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
Provide leadership and mentor the team

Requirements:

4+ years of experience leading commercial and/or industrial construction projects
Previous experience using Procore and Bluebeam
Strong ability to read/interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Valid drivers license
