Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include:

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in creating detailed material lists and labor hour estimates.
• Ability to start and oversee projects on-site while managing teams effectively.
• Strong client-facing skills, including conducting meetings and inspections.
• Familiarity with project management responsibilities and related tasks.
• Capacity to identify and assess small-scale electrical tasks for accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of electrical components in apartment turnover projects and commercial base buildings.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including eligibility for health insurance with 50% coverage, a 401(k) program, PTO, and a metro card for travel.
