Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to accurately estimate the cost of electrical projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Review and analyze project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure project profitability.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and ensure accurate project estimates.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of project estimates, bids, and proposals.
Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Accubid (preferred) and computer-based take-off experience.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Commercial, hospital, or data center electrical experience is preferred.
