Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and software for packaging machinery.
- Oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering processes and products.
- Collaborate with other managers, customers, and vendors to align engineering activities with company strategies.
- Maintain and review engineering documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
- Ensure the safety, quality, and functionality of all engineering projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and team management, preferably in the packaging or automation industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead a technical team.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI, and various programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
