Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and control systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Electrical Power Control (EPC) and other building electrical systems.
• Proficiency in designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting electrical control systems.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PCB layout software (Diptrace, ExpressPCB).
• Design electrical control panels, select components, and create mechanical layouts and schematics.
• Troubleshoot industrial control/electrical systems, including power supplies, controllers, sensors, PLCs, and fieldbus communication.
• Plan and execute upgrades and retrofits to improve equipment reliability and process capabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and provide training on electrical systems.

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance-based bonuses.
