Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and debug complex electronic systems including analog and digital circuits, firmware, and PCB designs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
3. Lead root cause analysis efforts for electrical issues, providing technical leadership and solutions as necessary.
4. Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, schematics, layouts, BOMs, and test reports.
5. Ensure that all electrical designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
6. Continually research and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the manufacturing team as needed.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance product quality and performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered as an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in PCB design, electrical circuit design, analog and digital circuitry, and firmware development.
4. Experience with electrical engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
10. Continuous learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
