Serving the Aerospace and Medical industry for over 40 years with a reputation for strong abilities in Electrical Manufacturing and Power supply. Our client is excited for you to utilize your experience as a hardware electronics design engineer with a strong knowledge of IPS Standards to support their growth in projects. As an Electrical Engineer, you will also lead your team of electrical technicians in hardware and electrical manufacturing.
Job Description- Microprocessor design, PCB design
- Write work instructions for legacy/contract manufacturing products.
- work with designs of over 100+ connector pins; circular and rectangular
- Generate schematics, supporting printed circuit board layouts, building, and testing.
- Design and development of power supply for various legacy projects, ground testing equipment, cabling, and wire harness designs.
- Interfacing with Aerospace and Medical industry clients and related vendor relations
- Support, and train technicians for the assembly of projects
- Troubleshoot and debug electrical systems and components, perform bench testing, and support sub-system and main system integration.
- Development of custom hardware electrical/electronic and control systems.
- Provide new clients with business development support, from ideation to complete prototype.
- Other job responsibilities per project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- US Citizenship
- Minimum of 5+ years in PCB with PLC design knowledge required.
- Minimum of 4+ years of Microprocessor experience required.
- Programming C/C+ or equivalent required
- Experience with Aerospace or Medical Industry a plus.
- Aerospace requirements and regulations knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of regulations/standards; UL Safety, IEC, EMI, ESD.
- Circuit designs; Analog, Power, Motor drives, Sensor.
