Why are We Hiring for this Role
To design, develop, and test the electrical systems that power our robots, including power distribution, sensor integration, and motor control.
To innovate in the development of robust and efficient circuit designs that can endure the demands of versatile robotic applications.
To ensure our robots" electrical systems are compatible with cutting-edge technologies and AI integrations, enhancing their functionality and intelligence.
hardware ownership: spec and architecture, design,sim, layout, prototype, bring-up, and validation
Design circuit boards for motor controls, sensors (vision, imu, encoders, tactile), LEDs, etc for robotics application.
What Kind of Person are We looking for
An individual with a solid grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals, specifically in the areas of robotics or mechatronics.
A detail-oriented professional with experience in PCB design and prototyping, embedded systems, and electromechanical integration.
Understanding of analog & digital circuits - micro-controllers, power dissipation, I2C,SPI,MOSFETS, Switching regulators, op-amps.
Some experience with CAN, ethernet and other communication protocols for robotics application.
Exemplify a personal or work project with all or part of above systems.
Someone skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical systems and adept at conducting both bench-level tests and system-wide evaluations. Knowhow to use oscilloscopes, electronic loads meter and other electrical lab equipment
A candidate with proficiency in using electrical CAD tools and experience with simulation and analysis software.
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a Master"s degree seen as advantageous.
Relevant industry certifications or a proven track record in robotics electrical system design.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $1,000,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
