We are looking for experienced, accomplished, and self-motivated Electrical Engineer to support our consulting firms industry-leading engineering and design services.\
\
This Electrical Engineer will work across a variety of functional groups who are directly involved in engineering, product development, implementation, design and analysis of power distribution and lighting systems.\
\
The ideal candidates will be inventive problem-solvers that are capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that provides integrated services to meet our clients' needs both locally and throughout California.\

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:\
\
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering\
EIT certification\
Electrical PE registration preferred, CA Electrical PE a big plus\
Project Manager level electrical engineering experience is very desirable\
At least 3 to 10 plus years professional experience working for an engineering design consulting firm\
Electrical project experience with Public Works, Water Infrastructure, or Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants are a plus\
Experience with Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), PLCs and SCADA highly desirable\
Very good verbal and written communication skills\
Problem-solving, troubleshooting and multitasking as the need arises\
Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD\

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\
\
Perform detailed electrical calculations to established standards and specifications\
Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards\
Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks\
Support other departments and disciplines with testing and analysis as needed\
Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects\
Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering\
Maintain productivity and accuracy with multiple project deadlines\
