Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Power Systems

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented Electrical Engineer with a passion for power systems analysis?
Our client, a leading provider of electrical engineering services, is seeking a talented and driven Electrical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in performing critical power system studies, including short circuit, coordination, and arc flash risk assessments.

About the Role:

• Power System Analysis: You will utilize industry-leading software like SKM Power Tools to perform short circuit studies, coordination studies, and arc flash risk assessments.
• Technical Expertise: You will gain valuable experience in analyzing electrical power systems, including medium voltage relays, low voltage breakers, and other critical components.
• Project Support: You will contribute to the successful completion of client projects by providing accurate and timely engineering analyses.

Who You Are:

• Education: You hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET).
• Technically Proficient: You have a strong understanding of electrical power systems and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience using SKM Power Tools for coordination studies and arc flash risk assessments.

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a 6 month temp to perm opportunity
• Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
