Electrical Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

We have an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer in Peachtree Corners, GA. 

Salary range of $90-$120K. will be dependent on experience, education and EIT/PE status.

Job description:
Design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

 

• Prepare design documentation including drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, etc.
• Apply standard engineering design principles and methodologies as well as applicable codes in the preparation of construction documents.
• Maintain complete and orderly project files and documentation.
• Participate in the QC process; make revisions and changes as recommended.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable codes and construction standards.
• Participate or lead “Kick Off” meetings to gain an understanding of the scope of work and project goals.
• Perform project management responsibilities for limited scope projects.
• Communicate directly with client on projects managed.
• Provide routine updates to the supervision on issues and concerns as they arise.

Required:

• BSEE w/ minimum 3 years related experience
• EIT or PE
• Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM360, Microsoft Office)
• Well developed, detail-oriented, organizational skills
•  Ability to work as part of a design team as well as independently.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
