We are actively seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to join our esteemed team! In this pivotal role, you will serve as a leader, overseeing and directing the design and technical specifications crafted by a team of electrical engineers across a diverse array of projects, from their inception to successful completion. Collaboration will be at the core of your responsibilities as you liaise closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed within designated timelines and budgetary parameters. Your role will extend to conducting comprehensive technical assessments of electrical system designs, guaranteeing that they seamlessly align with each project’s distinct requirements.
As a senior leader, you will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, empowering them to develop their skills and expertise within the field. By providing constructive feedback and unwavering support, you will foster their professional growth and progression. Remaining at the forefront of industry developments, you will actively engage in conferences, seminars, and training sessions, staying well-informed about emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Key attributes and competencies that you will bring to our dynamic team include:
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in electrical and power systems design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, complemented by a strong command of AutoCAD or Revit software. Experience with AGI or similar lighting design programs, as well as SKM or similar power distribution calculation programs, is essential.
Leadership Acumen: Effectively manage teams, oversee projects, and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering motivation and inspiration within your team to achieve their objectives.
Communication Excellence: Proficiency in effective communication with clients, contractors, and fellow team members, coupled with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Expertise: Innate skills for problem identification and resolution, coupled with the capacity for critical and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
