Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated

Electrical Engineer

to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems while contributing to a variety of technical projects under the guidance of the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include electrical design, power system analysis, project management, and providing technical support to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Arc Flash Analysis

:

Conduct and oversee short circuit calculations, medium and low-voltage coordination evaluations to optimize protective relay and breaker settings.

Perform arc flash studies in compliance with NFPA, IEEE 1584, and other relevant industry standards.

Engage in on-site data collection activities as required.

Safety Compliance

:

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Documentation and Reporting

:

Prepare engineering documents, including drawings, sketches, instructions, calculations, and reports, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

A minimum of

5 years of experience

in power system studies and using electrical modeling software (e.g., SKM Power Tools, ETAP, Easy Power).

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and criteria for power systems, including NFPA 70 70E, and IEEE 1584.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to travel 10%-20% as needed, with travel duration varying based on project requirements (ranging from a few days to a few weeks).
