POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Electrical Project Engineer Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
- 5+ years in electrical project management, specifically in a leadership role overseeing teams, scheduling, and coordinating activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret ANSI-type industrial wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Codes (NEC) and electrical safety protocols (e.g., lock-out/tag-out, ARC Flash).
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues, including wiring, relays, switches, and motor-related problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Electrical Project Engineer Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Electrical Project Engineer Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Technical Skills:
PMP Certification or relevant coursework in project management.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with MRP systems, particularly SysPro.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for electronic components, such as diagnosing and replacing printed circuit boards.
PMP Certification or relevant coursework in project management.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Associate s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or alternatively, Electrical trade certifications and/or licenses
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing electrical projects
