Title: Electrical Controls Engineer
Location: Leola, PA
Pay: $100k - $150k
Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities:
- Design automated production equipment and electrical schematics
- Develop and troubleshoot control systems (PLCs and HMI)
- Assist with equipment installations and power calculations
- Create SOPs to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate across departments for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Three (3)+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting motion control systems (variable frequency drives, servo controls, etc.)
- Proficiency in electrical control systems such as PLCs, relay logic, control networks, production equipment automation, and industrial control networks.
- Experience with controls software programming, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Ladder Logic
