We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who has experience with high voltage hydraulic systems.

Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom pumping solutions for golf, landscape, municipal, and agriculture use. This family-owned company has operated for close to 40 years, and has global sales team spanning cross 5 continents. They use the most up to date and innovative technology and offer the most experienced team in the industry. From concept to design, production, and final product, their talented engineering team handles the whole process in house.

Currently, they are looking to fill an open, full time, direct hire Electrical Engineer role at their Hartland, Wisconsin facility.

Responsibility of an Electrical Engineer:

This role focuses on producing superior, cost-effective industrial control panels for water irrigation pumping systems, ensuring adherence to engineering and safety standards, client requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Role of an Electrical Engineer:

·Create schematics, bills of material, and panel layouts per design specs and standards.

·Deliver efficient, cost-effective designs aligned with codes and schedules.

·Design low voltage control panels using programmable logic control systems, VFDs, cellular remote monitoring systems, and power monitoring software systems.

·Stay updated on technology and safety standards; offer guidance as needed.

·Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·Support production during assembly and testing, addressing design or material issues.

·Seek improvements in electrical systems and processes.

·Provide technical support to Engineering, Sales, Service, and customers.

·Communicate effectively, build trust, and foster strong relationships.

Required Experience of an Electrical Engineer:

· BS Electrical Engineering Degree

· 5+ years on the job experience

·AutoCAD- Electrical

·Knowledge and application of USA Codes and Standards: NEC, UL, NEMA, IEEE, & NFPA

Physical Demands:

Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift 25lbs.

Location: Hartland, WI

Salary: Based on Experience, $100k-110k
