Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing electrical systems to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Create electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and custom projects.
- Design control panels, wiring layouts, and electrical schematics using software like AutoCAD Electrical.
Systems Integration:
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into broader automation frameworks.
Project Oversight:
- Manage electrical projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet specifications.
- Conduct site visits to supervise installations and troubleshoot issues.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure designs and installations adhere to local, national, and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC).
- Conduct risk assessments to maintain safety and operational standards.
Testing and Maintenance:
- Test electrical systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation system failures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and recommend upgrades for improved efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the engineering team, project managers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to other staff and stakeholders.
Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Industrial Automation: Design and maintain automated electrical systems for manufacturing and industrial facilities.
- Custom Control Panels: Engineer and test custom electrical panels built in-house.
