Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, this individual will lead project execution by utilizing their skills to complete the following:

• Coordinate with the client and the entire design team, including owners, architects, contractors, and internal team to ensure a fully coordinated design. Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to ensure deliverables are completed to ensure client expectations are met.
• Ensure efficient project completion and review deliverables throughout the project.
• Offer solutions to problems that arise during projects.
• Direct and support project teams in developing, managing, and monitoring internal work plans to meet project schedule milestones and produce required deliverables.
• Lead and monitor project budgeting, schedule management, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
• Lead relationship building efforts and addressing current clients’ needs by improving quality and efficiency of work, recommending future projects, making suggestions on proposals based on prior working experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• 4-7 years of experience working at an MEP firm or related industry.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, documentation, specifications, and construction.
