Position Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and implementation of advanced electrical systems and automation solutions. Your expertise will drive our projects' success, from concept to production, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to understand project objectives, requirements, and specifications.
Design and develop electrical systems, components, and automation solutions tailored to specific projects and industry demands.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings.
Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis to optimize the performance, efficiency, and reliability of electrical systems and automation processes.
Develop and oversee the implementation of control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation technologies.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems and automation solutions into production processes.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities to ensure products meet rigorous quality and performance standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate documentation of design processes, changes, and project progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing with a strong emphasis on automation, control systems, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with creating electrical drawing packages (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
Ability to design industrial enclosures and circuits pertaining to robot cells, OEM machines, etc.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations applicable to manufacturing and automation.
Experience designing and incorporating custom CAD blocks, links, borders, scripts, etc.
Knowledge of applicable codes related to electrical engineering and power distribution.
Experience with simulation and modeling tools to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
