About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- Experience in mission critical facilities and their electrical infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields, or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience in estimating, electrical design, operation, and commissioning of substations, switchgear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems and their control systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of voltage substations, medium or low voltage electrical distribution systems, AC/DC systems, and associated power management or SCADA.
- Experience with medium voltage systems and data center equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, etc.).
- Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Define data center system-level, product architecture, and Research and Development, while helping to develop operations and maintenance procedures for systems/processes.
- Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
- Ensure designs and installations meet requirements (e.g., predicted cooling, structural, operational concerns, etc.).
