The Electrical Engineer hired for this role will be granted the opportunity to become the next Director of the electrical engineering department! You will receive ongoing onboarding, mentoring, and professional development to propel you from an Engineer into the team lead. The anticipated timeline for the advancement into Electrical Team Leader will be approximately 2-5 years and can be accelerated for the right person.

About You:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering degree, or Masters degree
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of power, lighting, and special systems for building projects
• Revit and/or AutoCAD proficient
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
