Electrical Engineer-Assistant Project Manager - Gonzer Associates, L. J.

Assist in the inspection of electrical construction projects. Monitor and coordinate several types of project activities. Assist with field inspections of electrical work performed and materials used; verifying quality of workmanship, quality of materials used, and compliance with plans, specifications, estimates, applicable codes and regulations. Assist in evaluating change order proposals, document defincies and deviations from plans, reviewing contractor submittals , drawings, and preparing comprehensive daily reports. Review construction documents, RFI,s and advise Construction Manager of any electrical issues. 

Bachelors Degree from an accredites university in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration of Public Administration. 

 

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Preferred.

1-3 years of experience in engineering with at least 1 year in performing project management for a project with a value of $1 Million or more. 

 

OSHA 30 required

OSHA 8 Hour LEAD Awareness required
