Electrical Engineer Aerospace Systems
Location: DFW
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Manage the development of electrical systems for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with ARP4754 requirements.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define and refine the Concept of Operations (ConOps) to align with design specifications and objectives.
Design electrical systems and create scalable architectures for multiple product generations, adhering to ARP4754A, ARP4761, and DO-178C standards throughout all phases of development.
Translate system requirements into actionable plans and develop a Requirement Verification and Evidence Plan.
Prepare critical deliverables for PDR and CDR in accordance with the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
Develop and execute System Test Plans in alignment with the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).
Ensure close integration with product, engineering, and operations teams to meet project deliverables.
Participate in innovation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and business automation.
Drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in electrical design for aerospace systems (open to candidates with varying levels of experience).
Expertise in ARP4754A, ARP4761, and DO-178C standards.
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Background in system testing and alignment across diverse teams.
