Selectek is seeking an Electrical Designer for a role with a partnering company, located in western Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This firm needs a candidate with strong background in electrical designs for healthcare, senior living, and multi-family residential projects.
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Expected Pay Range: $31 to $43 per hour, based on experience
Location: western Milwaukee, WI
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of electrical design experience
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Knowledge of NEC code requirements and model energy codes
- Revit experience is preferred, but not required
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details:
- Develop electrical designs - interior/exterior lighting layouts, fixture specifications, and control systems
- Perform exterior photometric analysis
- Create normal and emergency power distribution drawings and panel schedules
- Integrate and coordinate low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, access control, security, and AV
- System analysis for fault current
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p. Hybrid work schedule of 1-2 days in office per week is available after onboarding/orientation period.
