Salary: $60k--$100k/year DOE
Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm (WFH on Fridays)

Seeking an Electrical Designer to assist in the design and drafting of various commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, proficiency in essential software, and a solid understanding of industry codes and standards.
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop drawings for lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems.
• Perform lighting and power engineering calculations.
• Ensure designs adhere to applicable standards and codes.
• Evaluate, select, and specify appropriate electrical equipment/systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, IESNA, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Ability to identify and respond to project needs.
• Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, owners, contractors, and team members.
