Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

5-8 years of electrical construction project management experience for commercial, residential high-rise, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or retail project types
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Initiate projects by defining scope and objectives, and reviewing contract drawings
Manage documentation, submit RFIs, and handle change orders and submittals
Coordinate materials, schedule releases, and ensure specification compliance
Attend meetings, assist in BIM/CAD coordination, and maintain client communication
Monitor progress and finances, including job costing reports and compliance with codes
Oversee project completion, ensure permit compliance, and compile closeout documents

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
