- Salary: Up to ~ $90K/year (depending on experience)
- + $500/month (car allowance)
- Hours: ~ 8am5pm (flexible as needed)
- Location: Atlanta / Marietta, GA (30067)
- Travel: Daily (within 2 hours of Atlanta)
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead a variety of exciting projects across Georgia. This role will manage electrical projects up to $350K, including installations and renovations for prominent clients, while ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, plans, and layout; manage permits, submittals, service gear, and lighting packages
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with General Contractors and Project Managers to set and maintain realistic schedules; identify staffing needs and coordinate with senior management for crew assignments
- On-Site Supervision: Conduct weekly job site meetings to ensure adherence to schedules, materials, production, and safety standards
- Documentation: Manage daily and weekly paperwork, including project cycle counts, material controls, timesheets, and punch lists
- Inspection Coordination: Schedule and coordinate inspections to ensure project compliance and quality
- Experience: 3+ years as a Superintendent or Manager in electrical construction, with a focus on smaller budget projects
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities; attention to detail and knowledge of electrical industry standards
- Education: Relevant experience required; degree preferred but not necessary
- Vehicle: Must have a good driving record and a reliable vehicle
- A $500 monthly car allowance is provided
