Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the assembly process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components on the production line according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and adhere to safety protocols.
- Keep the workspace organized and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Perform soldering in a subassembly operation.
- Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
- Rework and or repair and or repair according to engineering specifications changes.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
