Step Into Leadership as an Electrical Assembly Supervisor!

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Electrical Assembly Supervisor with our client’s dynamic team. This pivotal position offers an hourly rate of $28–$30, depending on experience.

Role Summary

As the Electrical Assembly Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing high-quality project completion. Your leadership and expertise will drive team success, ensure efficient workflows, and uphold the company's standards of excellence. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of individual and team capabilities, and a collaborative approach to solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Electrical Assemblers and Electro-Mechanical Technicians.
• Provide training on standard and custom assembly practices.
• Oversee and assign tasks, including:
  • Control panel assembly and wiring.
  • Device mounting and wiring.
  • Installing conduits, wireways, and raceways.
  • Creating and applying labels to devices and panels.
  • Assisting with general building maintenance.
• Collaborate with department managers to align on project scope and schedules.
• Report progress, updates, and concerns to the Production Manager.
• Maintain organized inventory, verify parts, and ensure worksite cleanliness.
• Actively participate in hands-on assembly work as part of your supervisory role.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Skilled with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to work 8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders occasionally.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Commitment to a 40-hour workweek.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in control panel building and device mounting.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems or custom equipment manufacturing.
• Advanced computer skills (AutoCAD Electrical, ERP, or inventory software).
