Electrical Apprentices - Spherion

Under the direct supervision of experienced Journeyman Electricians, the Apprentice will gain valuable on-the-job training and develop the skills necessary to become a successful electrician.

Responsibilities:
??? Assist journeyman electricians with all aspects of electrical installations, including: Residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
??? Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
??? Running conduit, pulling wire, and installing outlets, switches, and lighting.
??? Troubleshooting electrical problems and performing repairs.
??? Learn and adhere to all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations (including NFPA 70E), and industry best practices.
??? Assist with the preparation and cleanup of work sites.
??? Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
??? Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards.
??? Participate in frame carpentry tasks as required to support electrical installations.
??? Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
??? Assist with material handling and inventory management.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM

??? Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
??? Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.

??? Valid driver's license (may be required).
??? Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
