- Assisting electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Following all safety protocols while working with electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Carrying out tasks as instructed by journeyman or lead electricians, with an emphasis on retaining information for future assignments.
- Maintaining and organizing tools and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- Learning and applying trade best practices and techniques through hands-on work and mentorship.
- Experience: 3-4 years of electrical experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Preferred to have personal electrical tools.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
- Reliability: Consistently arrive on time, ready to work, and meet high performance expectations.
- Punctuality: A track record of reliability and accountability.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
