Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.


• Learn and apply electrical codes and safety standards.


• Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting under supervision.


• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.


• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.


• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.


• Attend training sessions and complete required coursework to advance in the apprenticeship program.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools.


• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.


• Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces).


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Previous experience or training in electrical work is a plus but not required.
