What You'll Do:

As our Electric Motor Technician Supervisor, you'll get your hand dirty (literally!) being the go-to expert in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues. You'll expertly diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions, meticulously repairing or replacing components and ensuring everything is reassembled to precise standards. Your strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will pave the way to success for both you and the team you guide through training and mentorship. You'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction by analyzing job specifications and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you'll foster a safe and productive work environment, with responsibility for annual reviews and upholding safety standards within your department.

What You'll Bring to the Table

You bring a solid foundation with a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record of 10+ years in electromechanical repair, demonstrating your hands-on expertise. Your mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp and apply new procedures make you a valuable asset in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment. With your willingness to stay up-to-date on safety protocols and your comfort with computer systems, you'll ensure a smooth workflow for yourself and your team. Your dedication is evident in your commitment to providing your own tools and the flexibility to be on call when needed.
