About the Role

Eight Black Airport Shuttle is currently seeking professional driver candidates to join our team. Eight Black prides itself in being an industry leader running top of the line, well maintained vehicles serving Longmont, Boulder and surrounding northern Colorado communities. DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Minimum age of 25 due to insurance limitations,
• Current/Valid Colorado driver"s license
• Clean MVR, DOT physical, drug test required
• COVID vaccinated (preferred)
• Safe and efficient driving skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Proficiency in using navigational apps and tools safely
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Physical Stamina/Ability to Load and Unload Luggage,
• Desire to excel
• Professional Appearance

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe and efficient transport of customers to and from airport, arriving at and departing from locations on schedule, use of navigational apps and driver tablet, professional interaction with customers, clear communication with dispatch, customer service and operations management, ability to maintain composure "under load."

By applying for this position, you understand that Eight Black will perform a motor vehicle record and background check on all driver candidates. All candidates are expected to complete a DOT physical and complete a drug test during the application process.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PAY SCALE:

• $17.75/hour base rate + tip pool (approx. $3-$4 per hour) + cash tips
• Flexible Time Off (unpaid personal and accrued sick leave)
• Full and Part Time Available
• Excellent Earning Potential, Flexible Schedule
