A leading heavy manufacturing company with a reputation for innovation, quality, and commitment to safety is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Supervisor to join their team. The EH&S Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as implementing programs to promote a culture of safety throughout the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S programs and policies in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify and address potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management and emissions reporting.
• Lead the EH&S committee and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and training activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies and inspectors during audits and compliance checks.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with changing standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EH&S role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
